Everyone agreed.

The priorities were clear.

The direction held together.

No real resistance.

It felt like progress.

Until you realised what hadn’t happened.

Nothing had been tested.

No one had pushed it.

No one had stretched it.

It worked—because it hadn’t cost anything yet.

That’s the risk.

Not disagreement.

Agreement that hasn’t cost anything yet.
